Description: Polygon representation of property parcels for Palm Beach County - data pulled by Boca GIS from PBC PAO FTP site. Data was produced there 01/02/09. NOTE: This data set was edited to reflect four parcels as B2 zones on 08/27/2015; and is further edited to respectively reflect ZONING changes as indicated by Jim Bell. Edited on 05/02/2016GD, 08/05/16 and 9/16/2016.GD Zoning areas are edited to reflect parcel data from PBC site as of 08/04/2016 (Parcels_8_4_16). 08/11/16GD. NOTE: This dataset relects the latest edits 03/24/2017 - 05/22/2017 by Drew Capra. The Ocean Strand area at 2301 N Ocean Strand, parcel number: 06434716000040070, had a rezoning from R3E & R3F to PL (ZC 11-01/11-22500007). The ordinance was adopted on May 8th, 2012. Three (3) zoning area polygons (PL, R3F, and R3E) were selected and merged to match the boundaries of the Ocean Strand parcel. The merged zoning area is now PL zoning. The parcel has split zoning and should have PL, R3F, and R3E zoning. The future land use amendment for Ocean Strand amended the land use from RM to PR for the entire parcel. The zoning change only amended the northeast and northwest areas of the parcel. The zoning edits performed on 3/2/17 were reverted back to the original zoning polygons from the ZONING_170224 data source.A portion of 855 South Federal Highway has an incorrect zoning area description under the DESCR attribute for an area within the DDRI zoning district. The zoning attribute has a correct description of DDRI. The DESCR attribute was changed from C1 to DDRI.For parcel number 06434719000005020 (North F.E.C. R.R.) had an incorrect zoning description of C1 zoning within the DDRI zoning district. The zoning description was changed from C1 to DDRI.Boca Villa (100 West Hidden Valley Blvd) had a rezoning from R3F/PUD to R3B. The ordinance was adopted on January 10, 2017.ZONING_AREA represents dissolved zoning polygons. There are one hundred eighty-five (185) records where several zoning area features are repeating. The dissolve geoprocessing tool was used to dissolve the ZONING_AREA feature class where features are aggregated based on the ZONING, DESCR, and Symbol attributes. Multipart features are allowed in the output feature class, ZONING_AREA_170324_EDIT_DISSOLVE. As a result of the aggregation, the feature count is now reduced to seventy-nine (79) records. The C1 zoning district was missing from the ZONING_AREA_170324_EDIT_DISSOLVE. The ZONING AREA_DISSOLVE_170509 feature class includes the C1 zoning district. As a result of the aggregation, the feature count is now eighty (80) records.Formerly project feature class name: ZONING_POLYGON_2016xxxxBOCADATA10_2.DBO name: ZONING_AREA
